Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the InfiniteTalk AI service (“Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using InfiniteTalk AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make a material change, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new Terms take effect. What constitutes a “material change” will be determined at our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

InfiniteTalk AI provides an AI-powered video generation platform. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. You must not misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; or assist others in violating these Terms.

4. User Content

You may upload, submit, or share content through the Service (“User Content”). You retain full ownership of your content. However, by using the Service, you grant InfiniteTalk AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have all necessary rights to share it. InfiniteTalk AI is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. InfiniteTalk AI makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InfiniteTalk AI and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses—arising from your use of or inability to use the Service; any unauthorized access to or use of our servers; or any errors, omissions, or interruptions in the Service.

7. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InfiniteTalk AI concerning your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of those rights.
